A Celebration to Remember

  • Available time for rehearsal and set up the day before event
  • Full access day of the event for set up and decorating, beginning at 8 am
  • Day after event for clean-up (so you don’t have to clean up the night of your wedding)
  • Food prep area in barn with sink, refrigerator and freezer
  • Food serving station
  • Bathroom in barn
  • 100 elegant white chairs
  • 20 8 ft rectangular tables
  • White tablecloths for all 8 ft tables
  • Glass table (counter height) with two wine barrel bases
  • Single wine barrel for decorating
  • Sound system with two microphones, and ability to connect to mobile phone or iPad, etc.
  • On site wedding coordinator the day of your event to assist you and your guests

Accessory Items for Additional Cost:

  • White Canopies (variety of sizes)
  • Canopy Walls with Windows and/or Solid Walls
  • Swags and drapes for canopies
  • Mushroom heaters (includes full propane tank)
